This is stated in our forum rules that should appear when you try to create a topic, but I will reiterate.

This is stated in our forum rules that should appear when you try to create a topic, but I will reiterate.
- Since we are a small community we are not too demanding
- Please have your site or forum have something to do with Anime or Manga. No exceptions to this really.
- Clean and organized appearance
- We will review requests on an individual basis
- Please post our banner complete with with the code and link to complete the exchange. Hopefully you also have a 88 x 31 (or similar) size banner to represent here to advertise your site
