Site Relaunch: Soon

The site has been down for maintenance for quite a while now, and I really should relaunch the website. I have been tweaking around with various things, optimizing the appearance and such. The good news is that the overall look of the site (and functionality) will remain the same. Things will run a little smoother and be easier to customize. Blogger in particular is terrible for SEO (others finding your site in google) so that is the primary reason I made the switch to wordpress.

Sometimes, I am at odds at what exactly I want to achieve with this site and what I plan to offer. Mainly, this refers to hosting embedded anime video. Tons of sites out there do this more efficiently than I could ever hope to accomplish, so there is that. For the most part this is an anime blog, first and foremost. Introducing anime content to what readers I have out there.

Most likely, I will relaunch the site here within the next week. There are a lot of updates I would like to implement, however, I will choose to work on the site gradually. Better that then having the site 100% down for numerous weeks.

Well, still hard at work at the site. I say things are about 75% complete. There are lots of odd and ends I need to tie up. That being said, I feel I am making decent progress.

I know a screenshot doesn't really do justice but, here we go.

So in the end, the site will end up looking very similar to what we had before.


Off-topic: The new scroll bars in the latest google chrome update are pretty stellar, I must say.

Okay, folks. Sorry for the delay. We should be launching here today at some point. I am pretty happy with the results.

Ofcourse, I still have to tweak a few things once everything goes live.
